Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Klarna, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfers as payment methods.

How is shipping done and what shipping options are available?

We ship all orders within Germany with DHL. For orders under €59, shipping costs of €3.95 apply. Shipping is free for purchases over €59.

When will I receive my order?

The shipping time within Germany is usually
1-4 working days from receipt of order.

Occasionally, DHL may experience delays that are beyond our control.

We ask for your understanding for any possible inconvenience and assure you that your package will reach its new owner soon! ♡

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery.

How do I return an item?

You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. The cancellation period is 14 days .

Return process:

Use our returns portal to receive a returns label. The return options and costs will be displayed in the portal as soon as you register your return. Click here to initiate your return.

Important to note:

Please note that we can only accept returns for new and unworn goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

How do I reclaim a product?

To make a complaint, please use our contact form or send an email to info@gizmoda.de.

Important: Please include your order number and a description of the problem as well as photos of the defect.

We will then process your complaint as quickly as possible and inform you about further procedures.

Are returns free?

No, you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

The refund usually takes 5-10 working days after receipt of your return and will be made to the original method of payment.

Are your pieces of jewelry nickel-free and allergy-friendly?

Yes, most of our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
If a piece of jewelry has special materials or allergen information, these will be listed in the product description.
